A material made up of tanning hides and the flesh of animals is called leather. The most used animal skin for preparing leather is cattle hide. There are different ways to convert the skin of an animal in to a supple or a strong material called leather. There are different types of leathers. Vegetable Tanned Leather is not stable in water as it tends to loose its color when kept in water and going to shrink when it is dried and soaked and becomes less hard and less supple. The Chrome Tanned Leather was created earlier in the year of 1858. The leather is made up of a salt called chromium sulphate and other salts of chromium. When compared to vegetable tanned leather, chrome tanned leather is more hard and more supple as it does not loose its color and shape even it is kept in water. Chrome tanned leather is also called as Wet Blue leather because of its color formed by chromium sulphate. A leather skirt is made up of pure leather. The reason for preparing a leather skirt is it looks in a variety of way when compared to a normal skirt. It is made up of a durable material that looks in a certain fashion trend. Normally girls use to wear leather skirts because it is very comfort. Leather skirts are especially useful in fashion designing and the girls use to wear for participating in a ramp shows and in the modeling. Short leather skirts are useful for party wears and long leather skirts are useful for office works as it looks more professional than compared to other skirts. Now a day's girl used to carry leather purses for shopping and etc. Today leather pants play a key role in the trend and the fashion. The people used to wear leather pants and leather shirts especially for attending functions and for modeling purpose.
