There is a trick to making notepads as useful as you can make them. It is about choosing the right materials and designing them in an appropriate way. Below are a few tips on how to do this for your own notepads. Functional sizes: One important thing that you can do to make your color notepads more useful is to adjust its size according to its function. If you just need a notepad where you can write down quick notes while on the field, then smaller dimensions should be enough. If however you want the notepads to be used on the corporate scene as a medium for memos, and other important office notes, then a bigger notepad might be more appropriate instead. By doing this, the chances of early deterioration for the notepads are minimized and people can use your notepads for longer amounts of times and in different environments. For example, you can already place a "dear sir or madam" phrase in all the notepad pages so that you can just fill in the other details of the letter in the notepad. Also lines for signatures, as well as your name and title at the footer can be a great way to speed things up when writing quick notes using your custom notepads. By doing this, your notepads become a sort of "fill up" notepads which can cut your note writing times significantly, increasing your efficiency at work. So if you want your notepads to be really useful for all your purposes for them, try to adopt some of the techniques above.
