It is a fact that people do business with people they like and trust. In fact, studies show that customers are willing to pay more as long as they are doing business with people they rely on. Given this situation, so then can you inspire trust among customers? Would marketing tools like brochures printing or print cheap catalogs a solution?

Customers are increasingly turning to real experiences to give them the confidence that products and services deliver what they promise. People are looking for testimonials, blogs or feedback from happy or unhappy customers. If this is a positive experience, business should be able to capture these stories and use them to boost their own credibility. How you use these success stories become the challenge to marketing strategists. Read on and find out the ways to use these good customer experiences to increase customer trust.

1. Catalog printing. When doing catalog printing, be sure to insert customer success stories. This strategy will increase the probability that your customers will consider the product or service.

2. Web sites. Web sites are your windows to the company. It gives your customers a preview of what to expect when they deal with you. Start building the relationship on a foundation of credibility by highlighting your successes right from the homepage and anywhere on the site where you talk about the benefits of your solutions.

3. Blogs. Blogs are real stories of real people. They are very effective especially when they are written by actual users. Watch out for negative reviews though because they can do more damage.

4. Newsletters. Businesses can run customer success stories in newsletters. These newsletters can go to prospects, customers, employees, and partners.

5. Email blast. Capture the attention of prospects and customers by using a compelling customer story in an email campaign, or as a one-off to a hot lead. This email will have a life of its own and before you know it, this email has been forwarded to an undetermined number of recipients.

6. Webinars. Use technology like webinars to feature a successful customer for prospects or customers.

7. Live events. Invite customers to tell their stories at industry conferences or other events.

8. PowerPoint presentations: Add slides into sales presentations, summarizing a couple of customer successes.

Success stories would not serve their purpose if they are tucked away, hidden in someone's files or memory. Success stories must be shared and good stories increase the trust factor.
