5) While traveling in the airplane it is better to drink a lot of water. This will keep you away from dehydration and you are not going to face jet lag as often.

6) It is also wise to avoid alcohol while you are traveling in the airplane. The reason behind this is you may increase the chances of dehydration and in some cases blood poisoning when you consume alcohol.

7) To make your traveling more comfortable and enjoyable you may take the help of travel pillow and remember that it should be larger and thicker.

8) If you are suffering from jetlag or motion sickness then you can take the help of medication but with the proper recommendation of the doctors. You may also take sleeping pills but that should be in smaller dosage as they are more powerful when you are traveling 20,000 feet above the earth.

9) While traveling take the help of the flight crew and try to follow what they instruct you to do. You have to follow their instructions such as when you are told to fasten your seatbelt before takeoff and landing, you have to do it.
