Knowing When the Plate is full and Share the Load |

In many situations men and women both have the weight of the world on their shoulders. You can tell they have problems by looking at them. They walk hunched at times and pout and some even cry an awful lot, some may even appear absent minded! Most women can multi-task, but there are many that just can't handle the whole pie. Men, do a great job of faking it at times too. They look great and act as if nothing is happening, but yet their ulcers are kicking up! These are the ones that need to sit back and share. Let your spout help. If he or she is a stay at home spouse, they should be doing a lot to help the load. There are many that one person does the whole shebang. These are the families where everyone is stressed. Everything is on one person shoulders they gripe about it and they torment everyone else. They need to spread the load. By taking a good look at what is upsetting you, then you will know how to divide up the load. Be it lawn, bills, house cleaning. By sharing all this will cut down on your stress level and you will no longer be the monster of the house with the heavy load. By sharing your work or things that over fill your personal plate, your life will run more smoothly and the stress will seem easier to cope with. Take time in all this for yourself.
