I hope you have been practising hard, avoiding the negative talk and looking for the constructive between finishing Part 2 and beginning this part. Before you exclaim, Oh No! Not this positive talk rubbish. If you share this point of view then the message I have for you is: stop being unrealistic. Setting goals and expecting the best of yourself is very important, but you should also accept setbacks along the way.

As with the multitude of other transformations I have encountered, and so many of you have as well, each one we go through is truly a gift. You also need to be flexible in your mission to attain these goals. Some goals you will finish, other goals will have to be modified to keep them within reach.

They are an incredibly helpful tool for decision-making and living a fulfilled life. This is why knowing what they are plays such a huge role in our personal and professional life. Others have an idea of the level of work it takes but, don't fully realize what it means to commit the time and energy in their daily lives. Another important consideration is whether your goal is realistic for your body.

You will know exactly where the materials are to complete your project and have an estimate of the time that is needed. This eliminates the need to spend unnecessary time looking for some misplaced item. Perhaps you are able to cut your television viewing by an hour a day. Perhaps you are able to withdraw from some of the social commitments.

Create goals for all aspects of your life, career, family, physical, etc. Remember that the reason we do everything is because we believe it will cause us to have more happiness. Because now, as opposite to before,m you know where you are coming from, you can decide differently, take a different route and learn from the mistakes.

You must think about your goals very carefully. Make sure its something that you can definitely accomplish and set a date that you must achieve it by. Every night just before you turn in, read those 5 goals over and think about each one of them, focusing on what your surrounding circumstances will be and how you will feel when you achieve them.

You can change your outlook on your future simply by reassessing your dreams, and then finding a system that will allow you to change your dreams into attainable goals. This is very common in adolescence but as we get older we naturally become more self-disciplined. We get up on time to go to work; we pay our bills regularly and we carry out chores.

In other words, the positive gains from one's efforts are canceled out by the conflicting or negative energy, resulting in an outcome that is "OK", but not nearly what it could or should have been. Share it with yourself, and share it with the world! Creating your personal mission statement is one small step you can take today that will reinforce your efforts to consistently accomplish your goals.
