If you have ever visited Wenatchee, Washington then you know just what I am talking about when I say that there is plenty to do and the people in the valley are outstanding people to be around. For a lot of the people that make it to Wenatchee at least one time they always seem to make their way back for the different seasons, the fun in the sun, the Columbia River, and all the activities that take place around the valley.

One of the great things about Wenatchee is in order to live there you don't have to break the bank. What most people worry about in cities like Spokane, Seattle, and other places like that is the price of an apartment is way too high and the price of buying a house is even higher than that. One other benefit of living in the Wenatchee valley is that the people around you will gladly help you when at all possible. If you are a certain religion then you will easily be able to find help in the churches whether you are a new member or have been a member of that church for 10 years. If you want to get into a nice home while saving money then you need to get your family to Wenatchee as soon as you possibly can. When I say that Wenatchee is going to get big in a hurry I mean it, it is right in between Seattle and Spokane and it is just a matter of time before it starts to bloom.

One of the final things you should know about Wenatchee is the real estate market has actually started to return to where it was a while back. This is very rare with small cities in the United States and that is why I think Wenatchee is just a year or two away from being a homeowners/family man's dream. What you need to realize is that every city is going to have its pros and cons and the vast amount of pros and the limited cons is what makes Wenatchee the greatest place to live. My advice to you if you have not been to Wenatchee yet is to come and visit and see for yourself what all the hype is about.
