It's not hard to find a house for sale. All you need to do is look in your local newspaper. Most newspapers have two or three pages full of house and property ads along with a photo of the house. They usually contain other pertinent information such as the times and dates for auctions and open days for inspecting properties. Real estate magazines are another good source. And don't forget the Internet, with realtors' websites advertising property, or special sites that link to home buying opportunities.
Builders can be a good source of information of properties for sale. They get around the town quite a bit and notice buildings, since that's their trade. They are often consulted about renovations needed to upgrade a house before it is put on the market. And don't forget to quiz the local paper-boy/girl or the mailman. They get around the streets every day and so will be amongst the first to notice a new for-sale sign. In fact, some people offer them a small commission or spotter's fee for finding properties for sale. A buyers' advocate is a person who not only finds houses for sale, but also represents the buyer in all the buying processes. Article Source: http://www.ArticleBlast.com |
