You might have heard about several horror stories about
realtors but do not be moved by everything you hear; in most cases they turn
out to be nothing but myths. Your realtor is your own representative who thinks
just as you wish him to think; while providing you the best of services in all
conditions.
This is what he actually desires in spite of all odds. Check out some of the most common myth which you should know about your Calgary realtor.
· You might hear that realtors are never on time and late to appointments. This is totally false as most realtors value your time and will never keep you waiting. · You should remember that your agent will show you homes only when you have entered into contract with them, otherwise he might not show you. It is best not to expect him do anything beyond his contract. · Your agent will not do anything which might be illegal or demand a procedure which he is not authorized to do. So, it is good, you do not expect him to do anything illegal as he won't do it since it might cause him to lose his license. Do not go by the myth, that your Calgary realtor shall do anything in return for commission or fees which you pay him. · Though your agent is bound to disclose everything related to your property and neighborhood, still there might be several things which your agent wouldn't like to discuss, keeping in mind the Housing laws of the region. He needs to adhere to these laws. Your agent will usually show you the right place from where you can get the desired information, but he might not reveal everything himself. So remember that your agent might not say something which he is not authorized to say. Article Source: http://www.ArticleBlast.com |
