Fashion House is the latest addition to the skyline of the Toronto fashion district. It is 14 storeys in height and has a total of 360 condos. There is a curtain wall that is about 5 storeys high and made of glass that borders the sidewalk. On the tenth floor of this construction you will find that it suddenly opens up to the sky housing a garden that is elevated. It is also lined with trees that are large. In addition to all of this you will also find a swimming pool. The rest of the building i.e. the remaining four storeys form the backdrop to this open park. The project will have a separate space for commercial and retail purposes. It also has special lighting effects that highlight the silhouette of the building in the night.
