Independence Day of America is an annual holiday to commemorate the formal
adoption of the Declaration of Independence by the Continental Congress on 4th
of July, in Philadelphia. The signing
of the Declaration of Independence was not completed until the month of August,
yet still 4th of July was accepted as the official anniversary of U.S.
Independence and all states and territories of the U.S has been celebrating the
nation's birthday on this day each year since then. The holiday was first observed officially in Philadelphia
on July 8th in the year 1776, when the Declaration of Independence was read
aloud for the first time and the celebration was made in the most royal manner
with ringing of the city bells and playing the bands. However, 4th of July was
not declared a legal holiday until 1941. Days of struggles have gone!

struggled to unite a young nation - today's America!
