This places you in direct contact with your clients or the end users. Ultimately you come to know better about their demand and necessity and make improvements or changes in your product or service. When you understand the demand and necessity of your customers and clients better, you take necessary steps to stuff them with what they want. This, in turn, increases their satisfaction level and they recommend you to others. In this way, after you form a company, the profitability of your business becomes manifold.
