We know for a fact that any marriage--no matter how bad it is right now--can not only be salvaged, but both husband and wife can be very deeply in love again.

It doesn't matter what you feel about each other right now. Anger. Bitterness. Rage. Hatred. Or nothing at all (numbness) because you don't care enough to feel anything any more.

Our experience with thousands upon thousands of couples teaches us that there is a way--a methodology--that will turn your marriage around, stop the hurt, and rekindle the love that you had for each other back in the beginning.

Even if you can't remember loving each other in the beginning. Or think you never did.

If you still feel ‘love' for the other person, there might still be a chance to save your marriage. There are several ways that you can do to help you in your struggle. If you don't want to waste any more time, consider the following:

1. Ours, Yours and Mine - even if you're a couple, each of you should have an inner as well as an outer life. This is very important; in fact, it is just as important as building intimacy and togetherness. Nobody's perfect and as a couple, you must respect your differences because this can make your relationship stronger.
2. Always spend time together - this doesn't mean that you should spend every spare time together. Married life entails a lot of responsibilities like working, attending to the children's needs, cleaning, car pooling, and a lot more. But remember that all these things will be of no importance if your marriage doesn't work. You must learn to arrange at least a few hours every week to do things together. You can arrange for regular vacations. You can date once a week and you shouldn't break this routine.
3. Care for yourself well - even if you're already married, you should care for yourself as well. You must be conscious of your physical appearance and well-being. This way, you will feel good about yourself and your special someone will love to look at you.
4. The importance of communication - couples ends up in misunderstandings because they forget the value of communication. If you want your married life to survive and overcome all the obstacles in life, you must have efficient communication skills.
5. Try to criticize gently - some people judge others harshly, even their loved ones. The next time you want to criticize your husband/wife, you must do it gently. Do it in a manner that you would want your spouse to criticize you.
6. The children - when a couple already has a child or children, the relationship's dynamics is changed. But having a kid should not destroy your marriage's sanctity. Your children will encounter problems that you as a couple should resolve, but don't hesitate to ask help from others if you really need it.
7. Courting - even if you're already married for some time now, you shouldn't forget to court your special someone. Give your spouse unexpected compliments, gifts, and even a warm embrace. Do you remember the times when you were still sweethearts? Do the things that you used to do and you will remain in love.
8. Romance - life's realities can sometimes be harsh and if you want to your relationship to survive, you must never forget about romance.
9. Endearment - you must spell out all the basics of your married relationship. Some surprises often lead to troubles so it would be best to have terms when it comes to endearment.

Marriage is also considered as a contract and it needs to be renewed. Remember your anniversary and this is just the right time to set things right.
