If you're in the market for real estate or looking for a special Mother's Day gift and don't want to spend a single red cent, here's a great deal for you. A Minnesota Company is offering land for free. The catch? None if you know in advance that the real estate being given away comes in bite-sized pieces. Or if you prefer, call it a postage stamp size lot. Sure it's small...but it's also free! Check Google or go directly to American Acre's Own a Piece of America website where you can get a one square inch plot in any state you please. These very unusual and unique treasures are actually very popular considering their size. What's more, they're perfectly legal. All you have to do is pick a state. All 50 states have land available, so you have a choice of any state. Thousands and thousands of web surfers have not only signed up for themselves but also have obtained this free gift of land as a Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthday, Christmas, Valentines Day and anniversary present. It is a great idea to give to those who have virtually everything. A piece of land is also perfect as a last minute gift because you are given the option of having it emailed to you right away; you'll never have to do a rush shopping trip again. Print it out and decorate and frame it as you please. Or have the free land gift sent on a plaque to be displayed to all. It is definitely a conversation starter in any room in which it is placed. Over a ten year period, one acre parcels were bought through out the United States by a company named American Acres, Inc. It is located in Minnesota and is the owner selling and giving away free square inch parcels of land. There are some conditions that come along with the land deed, such as the following:
Now if you haven't figured it out yet, it is basically a gag gift item. This is being given out as a novelty...not as an investment. When claiming free parcels of a one square inch of land, you should only be looking to have your name on a land deed, not to actually have land owner rights like with large parcels of land. You can claim a parcel of land to give to someone you know and show them a gift that is unique. Go online to claim your free square inch parcel of American land at the Own a Piece of America website before they run out. Go to OwnaPieceofAmerica.com. These are becoming more and more popular and once all of the land acquired is sold and claimed, there will be no more!
