Is your kitchen in need of an update? Sad but true, many of us have outdated, drab, or even archaic kitchens. In addition, many of us do not have the budget or funds to do a massive and complete kitchen remodel. So what's the next best thing? A kitchen redo: a kitchen makeover (if you will) that will breath new life into your kitchen without breaking the bank. Here's how! Painting Many paint suppliers (including Benjamin Moore and Behr) offer sample cans, which allow you to paint a swatch on your wall to see how you like it before you make any "color commitments." Replace Appliances GE, Whirlpool, and LG are just a few (of the many) appliance brands that offer a wide range of styles, models, and colors. Replace Fixtures Try Moen, Elkay, or Blanco sinks for a kitchen sink that's professional grade. Visit a local lighting store to get ideas for new lights, chandeliers, and fixtures.
