The right bathroom accessories will make a statement for
your life, your attitude, and your mood.
With some bold accents, a bathroom shouts its arrival - or at least your
arrive in it. Cool, soft tones will
offer a calming affect. Fun and creative
accents give an air of whimsy. The best
thing is that most of the accents are priced so reasonable that you can create
a new feel for the room with a few simple changes, and then switch back when
the mood strikes.
There are some standard accessories that every one is familiar with: towel racks, paper holder, and other "fixed" accessories that are actually attached to the walls of the bathroom. Find classic, almost invisible choices for these bathroom accessories. Over the last several years, additional bathroom accessories have found there way into the space. There are soap dispenser covers (for putting the liquid hand soap in), tooth brush holders, candle holders, potpourri holders, and holders for about everything imaginable. These are the accessories to have fun with. Change them out with the season. Change them out with your mood. There are collections available that have coordinating pieces or you could mix and match based on color, style, or season. Let your personality stand out with the accessories that are on the market today. Another, often overlooked bathroom accessory is artwork. A simple picture, with the right frame, can make a blue and yellow room the perfect beach themed space. Artwork doesn't just have to be pictures. It can include sculptures, throw rugs, or any object needed to set the tone for the room. Another way to jazz up a small space is to make use of unusual accessories in new ways. A paper towel holder (for the kitchen) can easily be converted to a magazine rack/paper holder for the bathroom. A nice, large basket could be the perfect towel storage. A plant hanger could an interesting paper holder as well. You are only limited by your imagination. Bathroom accessories are a fun and inexpensive way of giving your bathroom a facelift. Use them to change the mood of your room every season, every year, or every day of the week (if you are so inclined). Article Source: http://www.ArticleBlast.com |
