Any organization wants to be assured that the employee it recruits is free of any addiction basically from drug addiction. Pass a drug test confirms the fact and assures the particular organization that the employee is out of the addiction to drug. This special kit gives the instant results, however for results laboratory is also used when the time factor is relaxed. Here let's talk about the urine test. To pass a urine test some methods are followed. At first urine of that candidates is taken in a bowl or cup or any closed container and then a panel kit is used to check out that there is any toxin of drug in the object for testing. The collected urine also might be sent to a laboratory for detailed and minute analyses. Then it would be verified under a gas analyzer. Pass a Hair follicle test is also a dependable test for determining any metabolized traces of drugs even if the person has consumed in the last few months. This is such a reliable test that helps to confirm the levels of drugs used by the candidates under test process. Hair Follicle Test is painful and is generally applied on the candidate not having hair on his head. Due to its restriction Saliva Test is not very frequently used.
