You will need two spoons of cacao cream, two spoons of almond oil and a liquidized cucumber. Melt the cacao cream and add the almond oil and the cucumber. Mix well all the ingredients and use it as a hand care cream, applying it with a massage. Add more almond oil to the mixture, and bathe your hands on it for five minutes to intensify the effect. Another way to for the skin to look nourished and healthy is to drink plenty of fluids especially water. As hands are washed constantly, the moisture is excessively depleted. Drinking water and moisturizing it after each wash will make the skin on your hands remain supple and soft. Give your skin all the water it needs! This is the best skin care tip that you can use anywhere without spending a cent. The secret to having beautiful hands is keeping it moisturized and hydrated at all times. You should drink plenty of water to make sure that your skin is moisturized from within. You should also buy a hand cream or lotion which you can carry at all times so that you can apply lotion or cream on your hands anytime. Most hand soaps contain acidic ingredients, such as triclosan and other bacteria-fighting elements that can make your hands and nails dry and flaky. Exfoliate the hands at least once a week with a nice face exfoliater. One can also use weekly the night face cream on the hands before going to bed. One should use proper hand care lotion to prevent the hands from harmful sunlight and dry weather. If one is having dry skin, then one should scrub the hands under lukewarm salt water. It is an effective home exfoliater for dry skin hands. After scrubbing, massage the hands with a good moisturizer. Another important factor in hand care is just to simply remember that, like your hair, you are only going to get one pair of hands in your life, and you should take care so that you take care of them. Your hands are going to be with you for your whole life, and they will be often the first thing that people notice about you. Be sure that you are treating them the way that you want your hands to treat you! Using a metal file, clean beneath the nail to remove the dirt from the day (or days).Trim the nails starting in the middle then rounding off the sides. Leave a thin white strip of nail at the end. Smooth the edges of the nail by using a file. Make sure to go in one direction and not in a sawing motion. Gently push back the cuticle on each nail (if you're not sure what this is, ask a woman) using a cuticle stick. Most hand creams contain mineral oil instead of natural based ingredients. Mineral oil is not good for your skin because it can clog our pores, cause premature skin, and darken skin spots. This mineral is also greasy on our skin.
