Scientists have been searching for the causes of cystic acne for along time, finally we can say that there are some elements that contribute this skin problem. Cystic acne habitat as a pimple on our skin, in a very painful spot - the deep skin of the hair root which is very irritating. The skin becomes very vulnerable in the area of the wart and causing a harsh on your skin. These harsh are generally found filled with white liquid and when you try to touch it or remove it this might be very painful and make the skin condition worse and even cause bumps on your skin. After years of study cystic acne causes, the researchers came to a conclusion that genetics has major impact on having cystic acne. Chances are that if you have cystic acne in your family history than you will probably suffer form this skin problem. The second reason for having cystic acne is hormonal changes. Our body change frequently through life. The transformation of our body from teenager to an adult, pregnancy, diet and sport they all affects our body hormones. Even change of emotion and over stress can change the body hormones and cause cystic acne. Although you can do much about your genetic profile you can change you life to be happier, healthy and less stressed to improve your cystic acne condition. People try to squeeze the acne and think that it will remove this problem fast. In fact it will only make it worse as it will spread the bacteria more deeply to your skin. The best advice is to keep you skin clean. Before you considering taking acne remedies, medication and other treatments remember that everyone has different skin so what is good for some people won't be good for you. You can be allergic to some chemical and even make it worse. Therefore it highly recommended consulting with a doctor or dermatologist that you trust.
