The Best Way To Spice Up Your Sex Life

We all know what it's like; we make plans to spend some quality time with our partner - a nice evening meal, a glass or two of wine, a romantic film... and then a reasonably early night to enjoy each other's company.

But by the time the daily grind of work has finished with us and we've struggled through the rush hour traffic to get home, all we can do is eat the meal and then fall into bed exhausted. And so another day goes by without that quality time we all need and want more of.

Most of the time however, it's a lack of energy that is to blame. While we all have busy lives, we all need to prioritise certain things - and exercise tends to get pushed down to the bottom of the list. That's why we get tired so easily and struggle to get through the day.

While it might be an effort to get up and get going to begin with, once you do you will start to notice the difference - and the benefits - within the space of just a few days. Make sure you start off slowly though, especially if you haven't taken much exercise before now. Being too eager can lead to sore muscles!

In order to keep it up you need to do something you enjoy, and you need to be able to do it regularly. Why not get together with your partner and do something that you both enjoy? A gym membership is ideal since it gives you access to a number of different pieces of equipment that you can try out. If you want to get on the running machine you can, but if you fancy a swim for a change then that will be covered in your membership too.

The best part about getting fitter is that you'll start to lose any excess weight you are carrying - which tends to make you feel better about yourself. And if you feel better you feel more attractive, that can lead to more action in the bedroom as well! You would think that exercising several times a week would make you feel tired, but it actually gives you more energy because you are keeping fit and active.

All of which means that the next time you plan a romantic evening indoors, you might just make it through the main course and reach the best part of all - the dessert, taken in the bedroom - as well.

Remember to try and make your new fitness regime something that you both get involved in though. It will break you out of your usual rut and encourage you to spice things up a little. And that's never a bad thing.
