people get turned off by bad breath. It is quite embarrassing for the

Mouthwashes must also have anti-bacterial properties; because this will prevent bad bacteria from multiplying. It is important to gargle with mouthwash during bedtime because bacteria can be present on teeth and tongue also. The posterior part of the tongue is very vital and hence need to be kept clean to avoid being the cause of bad breath. Bad breath products like lozenges last for a very long time and can be used regularly. They can be carried along everywhere. They are long lasting than all other gums, mints, strips, and rinses available in the market. They prevent bad breath by killing bad breath causing bacteria. Also, they are sugar and alcohol free. Healthy teeth can also give you fresh breath. So, use a good toothbrush to keep bad breath at bay. Always use toothbrushes with soft bristles to protect your gum line and prevent possible gum disease. Also, use a tongue scraper to get rid of bad breath causing germs that reside on tongue. Above all, pay regular visits to the dentist to avoid all oral health problems and to lead a healthy life.
