When it comes to our mouth and teeth we must ensure that we visit the dental practitioner on a regular basis. The dentist will analyze the portion in your mouth where one or more of your teeth have fallen out. They will drill a small hole in the jaw where the tooth is gone and set in the screw that has the ability to hold the implant in one spot. At this point the dentist has to be practiced and very careful so as not to damage the structure of the face and nerves. When they have drilled the hole it must then be widened to hold the screw. When the screw is within the protective cover it will be set over it in order to allow it to cure. A few months will go by after this process to make a point that the hole is totally healed and the screw has stayed in place. After a couple of months they will get rid of the protective cover and replace it with a part-time crown. This will assist the gums to develop and shape themselves around it naturally.
