One of the five human vital statistics, blood pressure is the force exerted by circulating blood upon the walls of blood vessels. Retaining this at normal level can signify the difference between being in good health and unwell. To keep your heart healthy and blood pressure normal is not really that hard. Doing simple exercises for at least half an hour to one hour a day can, especially cardiovascular exercises will promote healthy blood circulation and help discourage clogging of the arteries that can lead to more serious problems. Blood pressure can also be maintained through a healthy diet, preferably using organic food, mixed with fruits, nuts and greens. High fat and oil are dangerous, so try to lessen them for your plate, as well as the amount of processed food. The latter is not only fattening and addictive: they contain chemicals foreign to the human body. Too much artificial rations leave people at high risk of hig blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetes and obesity. Other bad habits like smoking also contribute to high blood pressure, so try to stay away from the stick or at least lessen the packs. In addition, emotional factors like stress have a big impact on your heart's physical condition. So try to root out the sources of anxiety in your life.
