How to Reduce Morning Sickness |

Morning sickness usually
occurs in the pregnancy first stages, which starts in the 4th week, get worse
around 6th and 8th week, and then decreasing when you enter the 12th week of
pregnancy. The rapid increase of hormone level in the blood is the culprit of
morning sickness you had. The hormone change is needed for your body to prepare
your womb and your body for developing the pregnancy. It might takes a while
for your body to adjust with the hormonal changes, which will trigger morning
sickness. Morning sickness is caused
due to lowering of the blood sugar early in the morning when you wake up. In
order to increase the carbohydrate content, some dry crackers or biscuits can
be had as soon as you wake up. For better effects, have these crackers or
biscuits with a ginger or mint tea. Morning sickness is caused often when the
woman is improperly nourished. Pregnant women must take an adequate balanced
diet, even if they may not feel like eating most of the time. Vomiting is a very important
aspect to our health. It is designed for your body to get something bad out of
your body. In this case, there is nothing bad in your body. Since you're
pregnant, you're pumping a lot new hormones and a lot of them, so you're just
not used to it. There is a reverse side of vomiting too. You won't vomit if you
have something good that can lost. That means if you take your prenatal vitamin
a few hours before you typically get sick, your body won't vomit because it
will lose all that good nutrition. If you're like a lot of
people, you're probably looking for a home remedy assuming that it won't be as
effective as an over-the-counter or prescription drug. Sure, natural cures are
supposedly safer and cheaper, but a lot of them are based on nothing but old
wives' tales and are only moderately effective if they even work at all. Worse
yet, some can even make you feel sicker. Fortunately, that's not the case with
home remedies for morning sickness. These natural treatments have been passed
down through the generations because they really do work. Take frequent sips of liquids
such as water, soup, tea, and lemonade. This can help in two ways: when you
vomit you loose a lot of fluids and it is important to keep your body hydrated
at all times; and it also makes vomiting less unpleasant if you have something
to bring up. Vomiting when the stomach is empty is even more unpleasant than
when you have something to bring up. Looking at the bigger picture, morning sickness has an energetic component. The energetic makeup or feel of the incoming spirit (your baby) may be very different from that of the mother's. This lack of harmony between the mother's and the baby's energetic patterns can literally make the mother physically sick. Morning sickness remedies and morning sickness cures have helped many pregnant women from feeling so awful during the first few weeks or months of pregnancy.
