While doing exercise always breathe with the nose without opening the mouth as it increases power. Metabolism must reach at certain level in order to burn fat and the best way to increase metabolism is to take 4-5 small meals and add cardiovascular exercise in your daily routine. Always read the ingredient labels. Try to avoid having food after seven pm in the evening because at this time your metabolic activity slows down in preparation for sleep Aerobic exercise with the weight lifting is a good combination to burn out the fat. People with good muscle tone have higher metabolisms can reduce the fat by doing aerobics and weight lifting.

If you are a new entrant to the health conscious environment start initially with a moderately challenged routine. If you maintain this routine then you can work up on more intensity sessions very fast. In order to burn fat, work hard with long duration of time as you can.
