In this modern era, where the economy constantly suffers and budgets are tight, there is a need to cut costs and be time efficient. The common sayings, time is money, is ever true, especially in these last few years. If we want to save money, we can do something ourselves. However, it might be worth our time to spend money on something that will save us a considerable amount of time thus enabling us to spend more time on making money. I have used a kitchen scale for a number of years and recently upgraded to a nutritional scale. It was definitely worth it to me. Can you count calories without one? Absolutely you can. However, it makes it a lot easier, quicker, and accurate.
