Since I'm trying to save my money for paying the bills, I was asking myself what I could do to quickly whiten my teeth? There had to be some way of doing it for a low price. I wanted a natural way of doing it at home. So I started looking around and found a great home remedy. It's only four steps.

1. Hydrogen peroxide. You need to get some of this. It is the active ingredient in any teeth whitener. This stuff will penetrate your tooth enamel and break down the stains therein. You need to get a low concentration. About 3% will do.

2. Baking soda. This stuff is abrasive. It gives your teeth a good scrubbing. Your teeth are harder than baking soda, so the risk of damaging them is zero. The baking soda will kill off some micro organisms and it will neutralize certain acid types.

3. Mix them up. When you mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda together, wait a little bit until the reaction has calmed down. Stir until you have a paste. This paste is going to do the actual bleaching.

4. Brush & rinse. Now it's time to brush your teeth with the paste you have just made. Brush for a couple of minutes and then rinse your mouth thoroughly, because you don't want the reaction to continue. Brush your teeth with a tooth paste that's rich in fluoride. Your teeth's protection will be restored faster this way.

If you do this for a couple of days in a row, you will definitely whiten your teeth significantly. The best thing of all is that it's a completely natural process. If you do it responsibly, you will not damage your teeth. You get a lot of results for only very little money!
