Employers need consent from staff for drug testing in the workplace. Any employer will be keen to keep drug misuse away from the workplace. As well as causing ill health, drug misuse increases the chances of accidents at work and interferes with how much work is done. The policy could be drawn up between employee and employer or employee health and safety representatives. Teen drug and alcohol drug abuse could possibly happen in any home or school. If you think that the police will only arrest someone who's caught dealing drugs that is not true. Even using drugs for personal use may land a person in trouble and could lead to a large fine or time in prison.
