It can support your weight loss goals because of the superior nutritional benefits. But the best way to get and keep great health through diet is to make sure that you are adding in a variety of many healthy foods including blueberries, spinach, salmon, walnuts, broccoli, tomatoes, green tea and of course, the list goes on.
