How to prepare Pav BhajiBoil all the vegetables. Once the vegetables are done, drain the water and mash them together. Use 2 tsp. vegetable oil in a pan, add onions and fry till golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste, fry for a minute, then add the tomatoes and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Combine the mashed vegetables, salt, pav-bhaji masala, green chilli, and the red chilli powder with the paste and tomatoes, mix well, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add 1/2 cup water, mix well, and serve hot. GarnishGarnish with butter, coriander leaves, some fresh chopped onions, and lemon juice.
