I have to make an assortment of cookies and candies and i don't know what to do. Any ideas? and i would like to have Christmas candy recipes of them too. i just have one cookbook. and there are about 12 kids too. ( the cookies and candy is for the in-laws) Help! And can I put it in a homemade cook book for next year use? It has to be homemade! Christmas date is Jan 1st So please keep the Christmas candy recipes coming the are 35+ coming now I'm guessing they have to be handmade, not store bought stuff, right? I would make 3 different kinds of really easy but cookies and wrap one each in saran wrap, twist the top and close with some ribbon to make them look festive. Rocky Road candy Melt some semi sweet morsels in the microwave, allow them to cool slightly, add mini marshmellows and chopped nuts and mix well. Place wax paper down and drop spoonfuls on wax paper and allow to cool.
