Computers are most visible elements of every office. People use computers at workplaces in their day to day work. As computers are electronics devices and it is very prone to problems most often if not used properly or in improper conditions. Although most of the problems at workplace computing are minor and can be resolved easily. But there are few cases of complete breakdown where one needs help of IT troubleshooting experts.

Common Problems at Workplace

Computers are being extensively in modern offices, you cannot count an office where computers are not being used. To make computing simpler, and to get benefits of file, printers and other resource sharing computer networks are implemented at these offices.

Generally problems arise at following levels:

1. PC Level: Problems at this level are caused by mishandling of computers or improper usage of resources. A few examples of problems at this level are software faults (generally caused by accidental deletion of system files), slow functioning of PC (due to lack of proper maintenance like disk cleanup, disk defragmentation, temporary files deletion, and managing virtual memory).

2. Network Level: Current world is wired world, there are several networks which we face everyday. Telecom and Mobile Service Providers network, Cable Network, and Internet Service Providers network. All these networks are there at our workplaces along with Intra-net other diverse set of networks at workplace.

The problem arises when there are some faults in cables or hardware's used in network implementation like hubs, switches, and network routers. It's impossible for employees to fix them without any expert technical help.

3. ISP Level Problems: This problem means problem with Internet connection, it can be slow speed problem, or problems with particular website due to ISP's monitoring rules, or complete Internet breakdown.

Workplace problems are dependent on the type of office too. In small offices where there are less number of computers, its easy to track the point of origin of problem. But in case of larger office setup, diagnosis of problems becomes tough, and that needs troubleshooting experts. In software companies and BPOs there is a different network section monitoring everything? But for smaller organizations it's always tough and expensive to have a dedicated IT troubleshooting team. So they take services of IT troubleshooting service providers.
