If it is slow to load or down, you will find that you will lose business to this issue. People will not wait for your site to be up, they will simply go to a site that is up and functioning at the time they are looking online, and that may be the site of one of your competitors. It is important to realize that while it is important to develop a nice looking, professional website, it is equally important to make sure that your website not only looks good but is completely functional.
