After the terrorist attacks on 9/11, security in the supply chains has been brought to the forefront of some governmental policy makers and logistics professionals alike. Because we are faced daily with the threat of further terrorist attacks, contingent planning and efforts are continually being improved upon to protect supply chain disruptions.
