Latest technology makes it possible for you to buy spray booths to fit your requirements so that you can do the perfect paint job on your products. Generally, what all qualities do you need in your booth? You want the booth to last long and be maintainable. You would like your booth to have state-of-the-art technology. It should be easy to erect and expand when your business grows. It should be easy on the purse both from the capital cost and running cost point of view. It should meet the statutory laws governing the environment and have a clean look.

As far as your technical requirements go spray booths should meet individual requirements. That's why you have various types of booths. There are the automotive, the truck and the industrial spray booths. There is a further classification of all these booths depending upon the direction of the airflow and the location of the exhaust plenums. So irrespective of whether you wish to paint small products that would require a robotically controlled conveyor system or an automobile, a truck or a jumbo aircraft there is a spray booth that's just right for you.

The industrial spray booths could be for painting an aircraft or a production tunnel. The production tunnel has a robotically controlled system. The surface of your products is initially prepared by blasting or chemical means. The products are then washed and dried. These dried products are then moved on the conveyor system to the spray booth or the powder coating booth as the case maybe. The painted or powder coated articles are then moved into the conveyor oven for the curing operation. The conveyor oven is a fully automated baking system that is set at 425 F. The oven can be designed and fabricated to meet customer requirements. It has an oven control panel that displays all the information necessary for the curing operation. It has a high temperature variable exhaust and a plug blower. It's made of thick panels (4" or 6") and is fully insulated. The hot air from the baking cycle is recycled for economy.
