Cardiff is the capital of Wales and one of only three cities in Wales. Property in Cardiff increased in price dramatically in relation to the city's rejuvenation over the last ten years. Cardiff Bay was developed onto one of the Wales' most visited tourist spots, and with the new Millennium Centre playing home to the Royal Variety Performance, there is plenty of property for rent in Cardiff to be found in the Bay.
The new Millennium Stadium was constructed on the site of the old Cardiff Arms Park, giving Wales a stadium to rival any in England and offering the English FA the chance to stage several FA Cup Finals in the city while Wembley was being rebuilt.
Cardiff also has many theatre and art attractions, with the aforementioned Millennium Centre also playing host to numerous art exhibitions and performances.
Property for sale in Cardiff is highly sought after, even in the current financial climate, due to the prosperity of the city and its growth in recent years. Properties range from new developments to historic Victorian buildings, all within easy walking distance of the city centre.
Cardiff is also a short drive from the Celtic Manor in Newport, site of the 2010 Ryder Cup, which has seen hotels and accommodation around the area booked up for years in advance. Article Source: http://www.ArticleBlast.com |
