A Simple Simon Dispenser is a type of manual label dispenser. Manual label dispenser was originally designed since 1920. They are designed for light-duty purpose. They are operated by hand and are not automated, but still this process is followed for removing labels from their liners. Many manual label dispensers can dispense multiple rolls at once. Normally operation in manual dispenser is performed by pulling the liner/backing paper around a plate or bar which causes the label to peel away from the backing paper. This happens because the backing paper is usually thinner than the label. When the liner is forced around a radius the label lifts away to the top of the dispenser.It is a manual multi roll label dispenser. Dispense any number of different rolls of labels depends on users needs, up to the maximum width of the machine. A Simple Simon is a heavy-duty manual label dispensers for labels from 3/8"-4" widths x 3/8" to any length. Simply pull on the tab to dispense the label.The width and its label sizes differ from each models. Some products with Simple Simon labels are Label boxes, envelopes, brochures, bottles,cans, bags etc., For manufacturing products, very few of them are from outside sources. Dispensing Tables are formed out of drawing quality Steel,the peel edge is hand crushed to spec within .001" using a special hand-made cutting tool to get that peeling edge perfect for needed to dispense labels without tearing the backing paper.
