The world of triplets and multiple births is so little that each such birth is often considered a surprise of a kind. Triplets are born when the zygote breaks into two and one of the resultant zygote breaks into two more creating three independent but genetically identical zygotes. This results in the birth of triplets. Medical advancements have made sure that such births are now safer and do not result triplets in jeopardizing the health or the lives of the mother or any of the triplets. The impressive thing is that these days, the news of carrying triplets today does not scare parents at all, as it would back in the old days. Caring and managing triplets is a herculean task. It would be simply impossible without a good support but parents do manage to triplets make it. They have to go through sleep deprivation, a lot of fatigue and of course, screaming, crying, sometimes flying kids! The first few years are going to be exhaustive and expensive too.
