Porsche is one of the leading names in the auto industry. One of their more best-known vehicles is the 911 - which is built utilizing the most innovative technology. Most customers hear the name Porsche this is the one vehicle that comes to their mind. We are here to educate you on another model that is in the making and that will prove to be so mc better - the Panamera. The auto maker has decided to spice things up and do something that is inventive and bold. They made a four door sports car complete with a front engine. This is something that many have spoken about but not many have dared to bring to life. The 2010 Panamera will go on sale next year and be vying against the Aston Martin Rapide and the Lamborghini Estoque. This new car is constructed to be 195.7 inches - which is a bit longer than the CUV Cayenne that was made a few years ago. Contrary to its large size though the Panamera is not considered to be an SUV of any type. In fact it is only 55.8 inches tall. It is built utilizing magnesium and aluminum to serve to make it one of the lightest four door models on the market. Beneath the Porsche Panamera hood lies a direct injection engine that is similar to the one utilized in the Cayenne. This 3.6 liter, V6 engine has the ability to push out 300 horsepower. The U.S. model can be given a 4.8 liter, V8 engine that can push out 400 horsepower. Anyone who needs a family car - but doesn't want to sacrifice power will enjoy this sports car. If you desire even more power you can opt for the V8 turbo that pushes out 500 horsepower. Article Source: http://www.ArticleBlast.com |
