All myspace users have a single thought- how do I make my profile look good? In the quest of making a good profile, the users overload the profile with video, music, colors, surveys, polls, comments, graphics and everything they can get to make the profile unique. The result is that the profile practically becomes unreadable and cannot be understood by most new comers. What is the way out? Here are some quick tips. Do not choose layouts with very dark colors. Remember that if your layout is very dark, all other design elements will disappear in the darkness. Choose a little lighter layout with fonts that are clearly readable. Do not ask your friends to strain their eyes in reading your profile. Will you do that? If the answer is no, avoid this. If you have used a background, you have to be very careful. Most of the layouts come with inbuilt fonts but backgrounds do not. Choose few backgrounds and try them one after another. If needed take opinion. The background should reflect your personality. If you are a softhearted person, imagine what impression you convey with background full of images of wrestlers? The backgrounds will either attract the reader to stay on your profile and click away. Look at the background carefully. Does it look good? Is it inviting? Are the fonts clear and the text easily readable? Does everything look in place? Video and music are loved by all of us. Most of the profiles have them. And most of these profiles take ages downloading. Once everybody has got something, it is no more unique. Make your page stand out. Let it download quickly. Only then your friends can comment quickly. The more comments you get, the more popular you get. These are few tips to make an attractive profile for myspace.
