Pixar, a computer animated movie studio, has brought us movies that are adored by children and grown-ups alike. Pixar has made only 10 films in total but each of them has been a profit-making and essential accomplishment. The studio has earned twenty-two Academy Awards, four Golden Globes and three Grammy's, making it one of the most critically much-admired movie studios ever. The commencement of Pixar's success begins in 1995 with the movie "Toy Story". This astonishing movie follows the life of a beloved toy, Woody, the toy cowboy as he tries to contend for the position of most loved toy with another new toy, Buzz Lightyear. The sequel, "Toy Story 2" came out in 1999. In the middle of the two "Toy Story" movies came " A Bug's Life" from 1998. The story of a very resolute ant named Flik and his struggle to prevent some ravenous and fierce grasshoppers from stealing the food that the ant colony worked hard to squirrel away. "Monsters, Inc." came out in 2001. It is a pleasant yarn about the all of the monsters hiding under our children's beds and in their closets at night, a true classic. In 2003, the most commercially lucrative Pixar film to date, having grossed over $800 million worldwide, is "Finding Nemo", the yarn of a delightful little clown fish, who gets separated from his dad and taken away to live in an aquarium in a dentist's office. The movie follows the escapade as Nemo's father travels the ocean to regain his son. Superhero's at their finest hour describes the celebrated motion picture "The Incredibles" from the year 2004. Mr. and Mrs. Parr, formerly known as Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl try to find happiness in the suburbs by raising a family and having regular jobs under the government protection program. Can Elastigirl and the rest of the Incredible family save Mr. Incredible when he is overpowered by the enticement of his past life. Lightning McQueen, a red racecar, learns about being happy and successful from the town cars of Radiator Springs in the movie "Cars" from 2006. Remy the rat follows his dreams of being a chef in a fine French restaurant in "Ratatouille" from 2007, and the very last robot left inhabiting the planet searches for love in "Wall-E" from 2008. And what is predicted to be the very finest Pixar movie yet, "Up" from 2009. Maybe we can attain our lifetime dreams, no matter our age.
