Latest Bollywood movie Rock On produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani seems to be a promising movie. Interesting news is that Rock On is the debut film of the actor Farhan Akhtar who used to be seen as a director behind the camera.

Rock on is the story of four friends, initially who had an unsuccessful band. Ten years later four members of the band bump into each other again and set on a journey together.

Presently Bollywood is showing different type of movies. With the changing taste of the audiences Bollywood is also updating with different type of movies with present audience liking, movies which are somewhere different than same type of monotonous Love stories and actions. Audiences are getting more interested now in watching ‘Aamir', ‘Jaane Tu Yaa Jaane na' instead of watching the charisma of one hero, his love life, struggle in the life and a happy ending after punishing the villain. Here Rock on is a different movie where people could see something different and they found the story is quite similar to real life. So it indicates that selecting a big star or making the movie under big budget is not the formula of getting good box office revenue. There should be a good storyline with good acting. A simple but good story can be more presentable to the audiences which may leads to make good business
