If you are looking for dogs for sale in Florida, you can some enjoy dog-friendly beaches that will allow you and your dog to enjoy the sun and play in the ocean. However, there is certain etiquette that needs to be preserved, especially at the beach. First and foremost, dogs must be leashed. Most beaches and parks have banned dogs completely because their owners ignored the leash law. This has led to many incidents with an off-leashed dog confronting another dog or worse, with another person or a child. Dogs in Florida can run leash-free in certain places; however park officials have made it clear that dogs have to be trained to obey verbal commands of the owner so they can't pose danger to other people or animals. If there are no dog beaches in your neighborhood, you can start up an off-leash dog group on the Internet or at your local vet's and persuade the local authorities that there should be a dog park or a dog beach that you could use. Another important rule is that the owners always need to clean up after their pets. Leaving dog waste on the beach is the second most popular reason for banning dogs from parks and beaches. This is why it is so important to use waste bags and just remove the waste from the sand - don't leave it there or bury it. This should be out of respect for other beach-goers and by doing so you leave a cleaner and safer environment.Article Source: http://www.ArticleBlast.com |
