When we print envelopes with custom designs, it is always done to impress people. However, impressing people with custom envelope printing is not that easy. With all the custom envelopes going around for marketing these days, it can be a struggle to create a good design that impresses people. In this guide though, I will teach you some simple tips on how to always impress people with your own envelope printing. If you are really determined to learn, this should be pretty useful for you. 1. Always use a professional looking logo - One standard tip for custom envelopes is to always use a professional logo in its design. Do not use clip-arts or other "casual images" to represent the business or yourself. People are always impressed with official looking logos since they exude a sense of authority and trustworthiness. So make sure you add your company logo, or create your own personal insignia to make things look professional. 2. Never use artistic fonts - Another good tip is to never use artistic fonts. Some people are tempted to use artistic fonts in their custom envelope design just because they can. This is a very wrong move especially for business or marketing envelopes since they will make the color envelope look too casual and amateurish. It is always recommended that you use simple sans serif family fonts so that all the text content in the custom envelope can easily be read and will look very professional. 3. Add one eye catching image - For custom envelopes, it is good to ONLY use one eye catching image. The emphasis here is in the "only one". It is never a good idea to use a lot of images in your custom envelopes. It is not the main object of attention really. It is just a wrapper for the more important things inside. So only use one image that attracts people and never add too much to make it look cluttered. Of course, this should be printed in full color to make it look great. 4. Use simple soft colors - Another important tip is to always use simple or soft colors. While neon colored envelopes might sound very energetic and exciting, in most cases people are turned off by these colors and never really want to pick these custom envelopes up. It is best to use simple pastel colors that are easy on the eyes, or use deep, darker colors to make things look interesting. 5. Print your envelopes in good materials - Finally, to always impress people with your custom envelopes, it is best to use good materials for envelope printing. A nice glossy material will enhance the overall look of your custom envelopes, making it look more official and even expensive looking. It might add some cost to your envelope printing, but the effect it does on any kind of design should be quite impressive indeed. Now you know how to impress people with your custom envelopes. Just use a combination of the tips above and you will have no trouble at all in getting people's attention with your envelope printing. Article Source: http://www.ArticleBlast.com |
