The BlackBerry Torch Australia is going to come into the Land Down Under with full force. This smart phone is entering the country not on the backs of one carrier, it is sweeping the country with all of the telcos at once. That means every service carrier in Australia will be able to offer their existing customers the BlackBerry Torch as an option in a smart phone. At first, it was rumored that Telstra and VHA would be receiving the contracts to carry this device in this country. This had everyone talking about the new device headed for the Outback. And then, out of the blue, it was announced that Optus would be the carrier that added the Torch to their list of devices. Now we hear that it is not Telstra, or Optus, or Vodaphone or all three of them. It is all the telcos and they will all get the devices at the same time. This is Research In Motion's first device that combines both the newer touch screen technology that some people love and some people just cannot get enough of, with the original BlackBerry QWERTY keyboard that BlackBerry users have always loved. The new Bold will come along and may surprise us with the updated features it displays as well. We know that when the Torch gets to Australia, they will find that the BlackBerry operating system it is equipped with is the 6th version of this company's operating system. The users who already have grown accustomed to this system love the way it works and they would not trade it for the world. BlackBerry has become a name that means innovative design, and quality products. People expect the best from these series of phones and will accept nothing less. The manufacturer of these devices knows this and they rise to the occasion every time and produce yet another device that people can find very little to complain about. Even the critics have a hard time finding the bad points to these devices. The newer versions do seem a little bigger than the majority of smart phones being marketed today, but that is due to the fact that they have touch screens that are very large to make it easier for people to do the things they need to do on the screen. This is both a drawback and an asset to the phones. Although they are bigger, they still fit nicely in a pocket or in your hand. Article Source: http://www.ArticleBlast.com |
