It is the age of high-profile marketing where companies are even ready to pay people for naming their offspring's after the name of company's product. In such cutthroat competition, brochures come across as a very useful marketing tool to promote your product or service to potential customers at a very reasonable price. Often customers think brochure printing to be a costly affair but actually, you can get it done effectively if you know your requirements and most importantly budget. The first step in any brochure printing assignment is to decide the potential usage of brochure. Accordingly, you decide the type of brochure you want; leave-behind, point-of-sale, respond to enquiries or direct mail type of brochures. Next step, you decide the style (folds) of brochure; half fold, single fold, tri fold or z fold brochure. You even finalize the layout and size of the brochure. In the layout, you have to make the final call over the placement of text & pictures in a manner to convey your message clearly. Another very important step that can inflate your budget out of proportion is the kind of paper you choose for your brochure. Although, most printers have a standard gsm (gram per square meter) weight of paper below which they don't use for printing brochure but then there is a whole range of quality paper types available beyond the standard level. Lastly, the kind of printing you go with is also an important step in getting that perfect looking brochure. Two options are available; offset printing and digital or laser printing. If you are searching for cheap brochure printing then offset should be your choice but printers normally accept offset printing assignment for bulk orders. On the other hand, if you have just few hundred brochures to be printed, go for Laser printing. Both types of printing are capable of producing high quality stuff.
